Dressings / Sauces: "Alkaline Sauce for Veggie Salads "

This basic alkaline sauce is perfect to perk up all kind of veggie salads. Of course we'll use only raw fresh ingredients and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. You can choose your favorite fresh herbs and spices for the dressing as you prefer. Enjoy your alkaline veggie salads!

Ingredients for the Dressing

1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves
1/3 cup chopped mint leaves
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/3 cup cld pressed extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse.

Tip: If you prefer a thicker dressing, you can also add 1 tbsp. of flaxseeds before blending.
