Alkaline Diet Recipes
Main Dishes : "Soba Noodles with Tofu Stir-Fry" Soba Noodles are made out of buckwheat and fit very well in an Alkaline Diet Plan. Tofu is made of soy beans and has also an alkaline effect on the body pH-level. Ingredients for 4 servings
Directions Cook noodles according to directions. Then stir fry the chopped pepper, pak choi, onion, garlic and bean sprouts for around 5 minutes in pan (you can also add some vegetable broth). Add the noodles and tofu, taste with some sea salt, pepper and ginger (if applicable), and mix all. Serve hot and enjoy!
